What happens after I book a demo?
We reply personally by email with a few times to choose from. In the 30-minute video call we look at where one team loses time and show you the platform with a course close to your work. If it fits, you start a 30-day pilot with one of your courses, then a setup week.
Does our works council need to be involved?
Often yes, because the academy keeps a training record. It records only what that record needs: each person’s status per course, the completion date and the final quiz score. Your own admins see it, on your own server. We are happy to walk your works council through it in a call.
What is a white-label learning platform?
A learning platform we build and run that carries your name, logo and colours. Your staff learn on your academy, not on ours.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of people and the courses you need. Book a 30-minute demo and we send you a written offer for your size.
Can we prove who completed a mandatory training?
Yes. Your admins see each person’s status in every course and download the list as a CSV, with completion date and final quiz score.
Where is our data stored?
Every customer gets their own server and database, in Frankfurt am Main by default. No customer shares a database with another. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.
Can we use our own courses?
Yes. We build courses from your slides, documents and videos, or you build them yourself in the Course Builder.
Do you support SCORM?
Not yet. Our courses run inside your academy; SCORM import and export are not available today.
How do staff sign in?
With Google today, and with Google or Apple in the app. Microsoft sign-in is coming soon.
How long does it take to start?
A 30-minute demo, a 30-day pilot with one of your courses, then a setup week. Most academies are live in about a week.
