- What is a white-label learning platform?
- A learning platform we build and run that carries your name, logo and colours. Your staff learn on your academy, not on ours.
- Where is our data stored?
- Every customer gets their own server and database, in Frankfurt am Main by default. No customer shares a database with another.
- Can we use our own courses?
- Yes. We build courses from your slides, documents and videos, or you build them yourself in Course Studio with your own AI key (coming soon).
- How long does it take to start?
- A 30-minute demo, a 30-day pilot with one of your courses, then a setup week. Most academies are live in about a week.
- Can our staff learn on their phones?
- Yes. The courses work in the phone browser today, and the Skillkraft app for iPhone and Android is in beta testing: staff sign in with their work account and see only the courses assigned to them, under your logo. Their data stays on your own server.
