A 3-minute tour
- In the citizen app, pick a language and file a complaint. Keep the tracking code.
- Open the staff admin, sign in with the demo code and find your complaint at the top of the list.
- Move it through screening and referral, assign an investigator, then switch to the supervisor to sign it off.
- Check the audit log, open Reports and export to Excel, CSV or PDF.
- Back in the citizen app, track your code: the timeline shows the new stage.
