About this demo
This demo shows how the complaints app could work. It is a front-end prototype: everything runs in your browser with fictional data, except the staff admin's AI triage and translation, which ask Claude (Anthropic). The real system adds the parts in the right-hand column.
What this demo does not do
- The citizen app sends nothing: no email, no push notification and no connection to the Inspectorate's systems. Only the staff admin's AI triage and translation send a complaint's text to Claude (Anthropic) through the Skillkraft Labs server; nothing is stored there.
- Data lives in this browser only. Another person who opens the link sees their own copy.
- The two-step code is shown on screen, and the form fields follow our reading of the public complaint form; they will be matched one to one in the inception phase.
- All names, codes and cases are fictional.
